The apartment is located in a sought-after neighbourhood in Southsea’s central core. You’ll find a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and shops at your doorstep. There is a Farmer's market 30 seconds away every Sunday! Well worth a trip.
Newly renovated, first floor, sunny flat in a sought after location, one bedroom with a good size, open-plan living area which includes a corner sofa which converts into a smaller double bed. Flat also has a smart TV with Netflix, plenty of books and games. Desk for remote working with USB plugs. Fully equipped, modern Kitchen with Washing Machine/Tumble dryer and Coffee Machine.
Travel cot and high chair available to rent in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook. Please advise if these are required for your stay so we can drop them off at the flat beforehand.
The flat is in the heart of Southsea with a shopping precinct adjacent with high-street shops a Waitrose supermarket, Tesco express, restaurants and Cafes in every direction. The flat is in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this and keep noise to a minimum when in the Flat. A ten minute walk to Southsea seafront.

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.
All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £300 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £80.
This apartment is located in Portsmouth. Kings Theatre and Wedgewood Rooms are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Southsea Hoverport and Portsmouth International Port. Clarence Pier and Blue Reef Aquarium are also worth visiting.
