The space
Upon entering this imposing period property you will climb the stairs to the third floor. There is a communal hallway which leads to the apartment which has a large open plan kitchen, living dining room perfect for time with the family. There is a large smart TV and even a Nintendo Wii! There are two large double bedrooms with storage facilities and the master bedroom has an amazing view across the the common and out to the sea. There is a high spec family bathroom with plenty of room.

**Note that there is not any lift access and this apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building so guests must climb stairs**

**There are traditional sash windows which open from the bottom so please ensure children are not left unsupervised**

The apartment is a stone throw away from all the best bars, restaurants and cafes of Southsea. You are within minutes from Gunwharf Quays, IOW ferry, The Historic Dockyard and also you can see victorious festival from your window!

Southsea Common Car Park is located 50m from the property and is pay and display. Due to it's central location there is not any onsite parking for this property.
