Surrounded by oak beams, finished with marble worktops and a see-through double-sided fireplace that can be enjoyed in the living area but also in the cosy sitting room. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom plus an additional cloakroom downstairs. The two double bedrooms are very spacious, both include seating areas making them feel more like suites. Plus, the master en-suite has a bath as well as a shower. This barn is ideal for those with less mobility as the owner has incorporated an internal lift. Outside there is a large patio area leading off the open plan ling area with beautiful views across the rolling countryside and fields, perfect area for sitting and enjoy a summers evening.
Lovington Barn is located in the village of Ovington, a village which is situated on the banks of the River Itchen, Hampshire. Less than 3 miles is the beautiful Georgian market town of Alresford, voted Country Life’s ’Favourite Market Town’ with such a wide range of independent shops, pubs and eateries, we are sure you will want to visit. The historic cathedral city of Winchester just 7 miles away is guaranteed to impress with a huge range of independent shops, bustling weekly markets, superb restaurants and of course the impressive Cathedral and grounds. Nearby there is also the nostalgic sights, sounds and smells at the Watercress Line, in Alresford. Offering trips on the stream train across the countryside, adjacent to South Downs National Park. A Little further field is Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium, Twyford Waterworks, Marwell Zoo and Paulton’s Park home of Peppa Pig World to name but a few.
