This well appointed and welcoming semi-detached Edwardian cottage is located in the heart of the forest village of Pilley. Ponies share the village street and the cottage lies next door to the well-stocked village shop. The village pub is an easy five or so minutes walk away. The owner lives in separate annexe attached to the rear of the cottage. An ideal base for walkers and cyclists with open forest close by at the end of the village street.

Accommodation: Porch.
Sitting room has polished wood floors and is very comfortably furnished with leather sofas and chairs, open fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player and folding doors open to a dining room with table to seat 4. French doors open to a tiny courtyard.
Kitchen with range cooker with gas hobs and electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Cottage stairs to the First Floor:
Bedroom one - 5' double bed.
Bedroom two - two 2'6" beds (please note the boiler is in a corner cupboard in this room).
Bathroom with bath with hand shower and shower over, basin and w.c. Tumble dryer.
Use of washing machine by arrangement with owner.

Outside: Tiny rear courtyard. Common land in front of the cottage is visited by the local cattle, donkeys and forest ponies.
Forest access close by.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, electricity, logs and central heating (gas).
Pets: No pets, but please note owners friendly dog occasionally visits.

Beach: Milford-on-Sea (shingle) 7 miles. Forest Access nearby.
