This enchanting semi-detached Grade 11 listed cottage stands on the picturesque Waters Green with ponies right outside the gate. Dating from the 18th century and with exposed beams throughout the ground floor, the property provides a cosy, welcoming and comfortable cottage ambience, conveniently located on the edge of the New Forest.

Accommodation: Entrance through porch into good sized sitting room with open fire, TV, DVD/VCR and audio system. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and small dining area.  There is also a Rayburn oven which provides hot water.
Stairs to First Floor where both bedrooms have views over the Green:
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed
Bedroom 2 with two 3ft beds.
Bathroom with sloping ceilings in part, corner bath with hand shower over (but please note only limited headroom), hand basin and WC.

Outside:  Fully enclosed pretty cottage garden to the front and rear with attractive brick patio also to the rear.  Direct forest access a few minutes walk away.
