The apartments layout is on the first and second floor.
2nd Floor:
No9 consists of an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen offers guests an oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with frother, and a microwave. The lounge is furnished with 2 large settees, smart TV, sonos speaker system. The dining area has a large dining table with 4 chairs.
1st Floor:
The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, bedside units with reading lights, dresser table with mirror, chest of drawers, hairdryer, en-suite with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. This bedroom benefits from great views over the Dornoch main square and surrounding historic buildings. The twin bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, bedside units with reading lights, built in wardrobe and views to the rear of the property. The bathroom has a large double shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
There is parking for 1 car at the rear of the property marked No9. Iron and ironing board.
No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 5PM - 10PM. Check out time is 9AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. Inverness train station is located within a 15-minute walk and offers routes across the wider Highlands. There are many local amenities located within Dornoch all within walking distance of No9 Argyle Place. Food shops: There is a Co-op and a convenience store in Dornoch. The Co-op is usually open until 10pm. Tesco, Asda and Lidl supermarkets are in Tain which is a few miles south of Dornoch. Restaurants: Luigi’s on Castle Street, Sutherland House, Links House, The Eagle Hotel, a few others also. Pubs: The Dornoch Inn, The Eagle Hotel, Castle Whisky Bar & Bistro, a few others. Takeaway food: Chinese, Indian, Harry Gow bakers.
This apartment is located in Dornoch. Skibo Castle and Carn Liath are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Alladale Wilderness Lodge & Reserve and Dornoch Beach.
