Rosedene Highland House is a Victorian gem with an extensive local heritage, its history interweaved with that of Inverness and the Highlands themselves.
The iconic building has been re-imagined to offer a mix of the classic and the contemporary, tradition meets the new in the most sympathetic and thoughtful manner and for the time you stay with us, it’s your home.
The Apartments at Rosedene Highland House form part of the original listed Victorian building dating back to the 1880's and now operating as one block of ten individually unique serviced apartments. All apartments have been fully modernised and integrated with safety systems and further enhanced with customisable energy efficient heating controls for guest use.
Original features have been retained and re-instated, the building now has all the modern facilities the discerning traveller expects such as a dedicated symmetrical fibre optic internet service which has been brought directly into the building and delivered to each apartment via High Speed WiFi access points.
We have introduced the latest in TV technology with each lounge and bedroom including Samsung 4K Smart TV's.
The kitchens all have integrated dishwashers and there is a secure on-site parking facility.
There is a weekly Linen service and you can also request a daily change and clean (subject to an additional cost).
The Bedrooms all include bespoke handcrafted beds made to our exact standards and competed with luxury 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding and super soft duvets and pillows, the bathrooms have been beautifully designed with hygiene in mind and we have ensured that Guests have an ample supply of water through the implementation of a new water pipe system throughout the building.
The interior design and space planning has been a bespoke project, painstakingly put together with furniture bespoke made to fit each individual Apartment to an exact standard and finish.
Rosedene Highland House is surrounded by a landscape that includes the River Ness and Ness Islands altogether captivating you and will awaken your urge to roam the picturesque walks and cycle routes leading to the world famous Loch Ness and beyond.
Emperor Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor of the original building this Apartment has been designed to sleep up to six. There is a family bathroom with a toilet and also an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, the Bedroom has an Emperor Size bed. The bedroom can also be arranged as a Twin Bedroom on request. The apartment also offers two Guest Beds. The apartment includes a 75” flat screen Samsung Smart 4K TV in the lounge and 43” Samsung Smart 4KTV in the bedroom.

This apartment is located in Inverness. Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and Eden Court Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Torvean Golf Club and Aigas Golf Course. Inverness Botanic Gardens and Wildwoodz Paintball and Lasertag Park are also worth visiting.
