The house is well placed for exploring the Highlands and its towns. Aviemore is just 10 miles away, where you'll find skiing in winter and fantastic mountain walking and cycling trails in summer. There are hundreds more trails across the Cairngorms, through ancient forests, up vast mountains and past hidden lochs. In Kingussie, around 0.5 miles away, you'll find a village shop and pub. Kingussie golf course is around 1 mile away. Step inside the house and you'll find a beautifully decorated and well cared for property that is a real home from home, with large bay windows and wooden finishes. Sleeping seven, it works for large families, or two families or groups of friends sharing. There is a large living room with comfortable sofas and an open fire to gather around. The separate dining room is down the hall and equally spacious, equipped with a dining table with room for everyone to eat. The dining room gives onto the contemporary separate kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washer/dryer, and a ground floor shower room. The bedrooms are all on the first floor and include one double, two twins and one single, plus a family bathroom and separate WC. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden of 1 acre, with lawns and shrubs. There is ample parking.
