Downstairs you will find one of the super king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, ideal if any members of the group struggle with stairs. Outside, the centrally heated games room with pool table and dart board and outdoor hot tub are the icing on the cake, with panoramic views of Pendle Hill, Weets and the three peaks to take in as you soak away and forget life's troubles. Nearby Sawley on the River Ribble is less than 2 miles away, drive or stroll down the Ribble Way to work up an appetite before eating out at the well-renowned Spread Eagle. Nearby attractions include Gisburn forest with its mountain biking trail, travelling the Settle to Carlisle railway line and visiting Clitheroe with its many shops, pubs and eateries. With the Forest of Bowland, Malham Cove and the Yorkshire Dales within a stones’ throw and the Lake District within an hours’ drive this is an ideal holiday base to explore some of the best landscapes the country has to offer!
