Boston, from which the Pilgrim Fathers sailed, is slightly further afield, as is Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle with its museum displaying the Magna Carta. Grimsthorpe Castle, Woodhall Spa Dambusters Museum, and the Norfolk coast, are only a few of many other popular destinations. Approaching the entrance to the cottage through the magical waterside garden, you ll find French doors welcoming you into a light and airy sun room, so pop off your shoes and enjoy the underfloor heating. This room provides a comfy day bed, with lots of windows giving views over the garden to the river, so you can enjoy the outside even on rainy days.
