A delightful, traditional detached cottage in a quiet rural setting, graded 3 star by Visit Scotland. Overlooking the River Lossie to the south and over fields to the west where deer and hares are regularly seen. Red squirrels come daily to the nut feeder outside the kitchen window and occasionally a pine marten will come calling. Wildlife abounds here. It has an enclosed garden and parking for 2 cars. The cottage is all electric with an open wood fire in the sitting room, for which logs are provided
The Moray Firth area is renowned for its dry, sunny climate and glorious beaches and countryside. It is ideal for sporting or family holidays with many places of interest nearby including Spynie Palace, Pluscarden Abbey, Brodie and Cawdor Castles, Fort George, Culloden Battlefield and the famous Whisky Trail. Loch Ness and Aviemore are only 45 minutes' drive. Golf courses abound and it is great cycling and walking country. The rivers Spey and Findhorn are only 20 minutes away, wonderful sandy beaches are within easy reach by car.
