This large home is nestled on the outskirts of the charming village of Southrepps. For those that wish to head on out foot, there is a popular, traditional style pub offering a range of cask ales and food, and within 2 miles there are a couple more great pubs to enjoy. The stunning North Norfolk coast is only a short drive away, boasting vast expanses of sandy beaches, quaint seaside villages such as Mundesley (4 miles) and Happisburgh (10 miles), with spectacular scenery. Also within easy reach is the picturesque Georgian town of Holt (14 miles). The traditional seaside resort of Cromer is just 5.5 miles away, with Amazona Zoo a firm favourite with families, as is Roarr!, the dinosaur themed adventure park (21 miles). This traditional Norfolk flint cottage is set on the outskirts of the village with unspoilt views of the countryside. As you arrive, you instantly get a feel for how wonderful this home is and the attention to detail paid by the owners to ensure you feel at home. You enter through the front door which leads into the entrance hall, which then leads off to all the living areas. The spacious and modern kitchen has everything the chef of the group needs to lovingly prepare a light snack or evening meal, including a range cooker and 5 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a breakfast island in the kitchen with two bar stools, ideal for those who want to grab a quick coffee or light snack; for a more formal place to indulge in a hearty meal, the dining room has a table seating ten guests just off from the kitchen and with garden views. The lounge is a great place to relax and socialise with loved ones and here you have two comfortable sofas and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV and a wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Cosy up on a dark and chilly evening whilst you watch or stream your favourite shows. Completing the ground floor is a king size bedroom with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings and patio doors which lead out into the garden. Opposite the bedroom is a shower room with a shower and WC. Heading upstairs, you have a further four bedrooms, again all benefiting from plenty of space to store clothes and personal items. The master bedroom is king size with a TV and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC, and views across the open fields. There is another king size bedroom with a TV, plus a double and a zip and link twin (which can be made up to a king size bed on request). These bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading outside, you have a large, enclosed garden area that has a large patio with your very own hot tub to soak those muscles after a busy day out exploring. Or, simply enjoy a drink of an evening whilst you stargaze at the Norfolk skies. There is also a table and chairs with enough seating for all guests should you wish to dine alfresco or sit in the garden to relax together. There is off road parking for up to three cars.
