With beautiful rural views from the rear garden of the main house, this flexible property sleeping 10 guests in the main house, boasts a large kitchen/dining room with bi-fold doors leading out to a well-tended garden where you will find its separate annexe 'The Bothy', which sleeps a further two guests. This beautiful holiday home is just two miles from the stunning sandy beaches at Old Hunstanton and Holme-next-the-Sea and in easy reach of good pubs and restaurants.

With beautiful interiors, sprinkled with stylish, personal touches, this well-loved family holiday home offers a very warm welcome. Overlooking open countryside to the front and rear, The Potting Shed is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Ringstead, where you’ll find a fabulous pub/restaurant (stocking no less than 100 gins!), a wonderfully quirky village shop stocking all the essentials (plus everything you didn’t think you needed!) and some great walks along the Peddar’s Way and over the Ringstead downs. Bring your cycles and you can pedal down to the beach about 2 ½ miles away. Plus there’s great golfing to be found at Old Hunstanton’s famous Links course.

This very well-equipped and special abode provides a tranquil escape for all the family to kick back and unwind together; be it for a short break to celebrate a special occasion; or for a longer stay. With a very light and bright open-plan kitchen/dining area with bi-fold doors to the garden, the kitchen is probably one of the best-equipped we’ve seen! So if you love cooking, you’ll love The Potting Shed! If not the pub is just a short walk away. The owner has paid immense attention to detail to all the furnishings and it’s the little touches that make this place special. Each of the bedrooms are bedecked with fine linens in neutral hues. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with downstairs WC. The master king-size bedroom on the first floor boasts a lovely view to the front and comes with its own en-suite shower room; plus there are two further double rooms, one with a further en-suite and a bunk room perfect for two children, served by a family bathroom. Further accommodation can be found in 'The Bothy', a luxury pod set in the garden of The Potting Shed, which accommodates a further two guests. This beautiful annexe would be ideal for a couple wanting privacy from the group, or for two older children. Truly open-plan, the Bothy boasts beautiful views from the rear terrace where you can laze in the hammock on sunny days, or snuggle up in front of the open flame fire on cooler days. With sheepskin rugs and a good size wet room and well-equipped kitchen, it may prove difficult to decide who gets which room!

This lovely house is in a great spot, close to the best beaches and best pubs, deli's and restaurants. But equally the sunny garden makes for perfect alfresco dining on summer days if you prefer to buy local and cook at home. As the sun fades, head inside and enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove in the spacious sitting room which comes with plenty of games and books to keep everyone amused.

Very spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room with windows to the rear and side and french doors and bi-fold doors out onto the terrace and garden. A large range of base and wall units with sit-up bar with four bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with an induction hob, extractor fan, two electric ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, The dining area has a vaulted ceiling with two velux windows, a table seating 8-10 guests, dresser and armchair. Under stairs storage cupboard. Door leading to utility room.

Perfect for storing boots and coats, washing machine/tumble dryer, window to the rear, back door to garden.

Outside:
The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and includes a wrap-around terrace with garden furniture including a table and chairs, a gas barbecue and deckchairs.
'The Bothy' annexes sits at the far end of the garden and is easy to access from the main house but equally offers lots of privacy.
The front of the house in approached via a five-bar gate and shingle driveway where there is plenty of off-road parking for three to four cars. Additional parking is possible on the road outside being that the road is not busy.

With a vaulted ceiling, oak beams, wooden floors, a 4ft 6' double bed with bedside tables and lights, large sofa, coffee table, bio-ethinal freestanding fire with living flame (children should not be left unsupervised when the fire is lit), occasional tables and a dining table with four chairs.
Kitchen area with a range of units with integral fridge with icebox, integral dishwasher, integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and bi-fold doors leading onto a private terrace

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.
There is also an open flame fire in The Bothy annexe, therefore young children must not be left unsupervised when the fire is lit.
