Willow Cottage is a very charming and characterful cosy bolthole located just outside Burnham Market in the pretty village of North Creake with its famous farmer’s market, popular deli/café, artisan shops, abbey ruins and friendly local pub which serves local ales and good food.

This gorgeous Grade II listed abode is over 200 years old and was built circa 1800 at the end of George III's reign so comes with all the charm and history you could want. The slightly uneven floors, walls and staircase are testament to its long history. Although it looks small from the front, inside the spacious accommodation offers a relaxing stay for couples or a family wanting to be in a great location not far from the best beaches in North Norfolk and the uber chic village of Burnham Market, with its numerous restaurants, galleries, shops and deli’s/café’s.

Willow Cottage is furnished to a high standard with an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage furniture and with artefacts that the owner has collected over a number of years. She has also taken great care to make every room different and welcoming. The wood burning stove is perfect for cosying up in front of during winter evenings, while the garden will positively enchant you on warm sunny days when you can soak up the sun’s rays, or find a shady spot in which to dine alfresco. Split into two, the garden runs down to the River Burn and has an enclosed area which is safe for dogs. The decked area which backs onto the stream is an idyllic and tranquil spot in which to sit on a summer’s evening with a glass of wine or two.

Willow Cottage is also available as a sleeps six option including two extra bedrooms on the first floor.

To the rear is a fully enclosed garden, with steps leading down onto the lawned area offering the perfect place to sit and relax. Towards the end of the garden is a shed, perfect for the little ones to play, filled with games and beach essentials.
There is a 3ft fence and gate at the bottom of the garden which leads down to the River Burn, this area is not fully enclosed but offers a decked area overlooking the River.
Parking is available on the quiet lane opposite the cottage.

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
This cottage has Norfolk winder stairs. As with older character cottages, these stairs are often enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. There is a solid hand rail on one side all the way up.
There is a door at the bottom of the stairs, and a stair gate at the top.

Located in Fakenham, this apartment is by the sea. Bygones Museum and The Granary Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal West Norfolk Golf Club and Hunstanton Golf Club.
