Northrepps is a picturesque rural village, which is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is only one mile from Overstrand, with quiet sands that are great for both lazy summer days and bracing winter walks. The bustling coastal resort of Cromer is just two and a half miles away and also has a lovely sandy beach as well as a pier, traditional seaside entertainment, a good range of shops and eating places and excellent cliff-top walks. The area offers scenic paths for walks and bike rides and the cottage is located close to the North Norfolk Cycle way.
Shamrock Cottage is a traditional property which, offers comfortable family accommodation in a quiet location in this pretty village. Within walking distance of the local pub, it is attractively furnished, with a bedroom annexe which is great for teenagers and offering additional accommodation for those who wish for their own space. Garden: Front and rear garden. The front garden has a small covered pond which may make it unsuitable for young children. The rear garden is enclosed and has a small lawn area, patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: Driveway at the front of the property for two to three cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H. in all rooms, except the annexe which has a free-standing thermostatic electric radiator, included May-Sept and £20 per week Oct to Apr, payable on booking..
Also Provided: Stairgate and travel cot. Books, games and CDs.
Pets: One well-behaved pet welcome, with restriction on upstairs and bedrooms.
Extras: The Annexe is available May to Sept only as an optional extra of £40 per week, payable on booking.
