Walk through to the spacious open plan kitchen/dining area which has everything the chefs amongst you will need to prepare a lovely meal, including an Everhot Range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The adjoining utility room house a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table with seating for up to eight guests providing the perfect space to gather around with good food and conversation. Heading out into the hallway, there is access to the lounge area which has two comfortable sofas surrounding the large Smart TV and feature fire, so cosy up with loved ones by the flame effect fire whilst you stream or watch your favourite shows. The lounge also features Xbox and Wii gaming consoles. Alongside the lounge area, you will find a games area with a full sized pool table (which can also be converted into a table tennis table) providing hours of fun. Also on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king sized bed and a separate wardrobe. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there is a choice of three bedrooms. There are two king size rooms and one king size zip and link (that can be made up to twin beds upon request). All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings including a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a fully fitted en suite shower room with shower and WC and the second king size room looks out over the church and playing field complete with a backdrop of stunning sea views. There is also a modern family shower room with a shower and WC. Outside, you have a lovely garden space that has a patio and decking complete with the use of a large hot tub so you can stargaze and soak away amidst the bubbles. Guests have the use of a summer house with sun chairs and an outdoor games chest. There is a large outdoor table with six chairs and a gas Outback BBQ if you would like to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. At the front of the property is another smaller grassed lawn area and private off road parking for up to four cars. Adjoining the property is a large green church field space perfect for a kick about with a football or a friendly game of cricket or rounders.
