This enchanting 17th century thatched cottage lies in a traditional Broadland village within 100 yards of a shop/post office and local pub serving good food. The middle one of a little row of three it enjoys its own large rear garden. Perfect for exploring Broadland with its delightful villages nature reserves bird watching and miles of reed lined waterways – Hickling Broad is just 4 miles away and Horsey Mere is 9 miles. Boats can be hired at Potter Heigham (3 miles) and sailing fishing and cycle hire are all available locally. Sea Palling (5 miles) offers lovely safe sandy beaches. Norwich 18 miles.
