This beautiful barn conversion is tucked away in the picturesque village of Lund, just a stone's throw from a delightful country inn serving delicious home cooked food. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, the village is centrally placed for access to the market towns of Beverley, Pocklington, and Driffield, all within a 13 mile radius. The Wolds Way is nearby and there is an abundance of pretty walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. Visit Market Weighton (10 miles) which holds a weekly farmers market, or the vibrant city of York with its ancient walls and Minster. For a day by the sea, the sandy beaches of the stunning Yorkshire coastline (20 miles) are well worth a visit. As you enter the property you will step into the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. Curl up in the lounge area and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has been stylishly designed with ease in mind and boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
