The Space:
Apartment 2, 15 Prospect Hill has an open plan living and dining area. With wallpapered feature walls and quirky art prints, this space is eclectic and fun.

LIVING AREA
Ideal for relaxing, you can kick back on the velvet sofa and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows.

DINING AREA
The dining area features a round table and dark grey dining chairs.

KITCHEN
You’ll be able to prepare meals easily in the kitchen during your stay as it is equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, microwave and refrigerator.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a boutique hotel feel with premium soft furnishings and a luxurious Super King bed. Perfect for lie-ins, there is a flat screen TV in the bedroom so you can enjoy long lazy mornings during your stay. The large bay window has a seating area where you can relax with a good book and there is a dressing table where you can get ready for date night.

BATHROOM
Modern and stylish, the bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Please note there is no on site parking. Free on street parking is located nearby and there are also a number of pay and display carparks within Whitby. Further details on parking will be provided before your stay.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
The centre of Whitby, and Whitby Harbour are just a short walk from the apartment, so it’s ideal if you want to experience what life is like living by the sea.

Head to Pier Road and you’ll find cosy pubs, fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants. Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. At the other end of Pier Road, you’ll notice the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk.

Over the bridge, you’ll find yourself on the East bank which is full of narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.

Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks.

Getting Around:
The centre of Whitby is a short ten-minute walk from the apartment.

Whitby train station is less than half a mile away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
