This 400 year old cottage is completely renovated to a high standard but retains many original features such as old beams, doors and stripped wooden floors. It is situated next to the famous 199 steps leading up to Whitby Abbey and St Mary's Church. It has views of the harbour and the sea from most rooms.

Entrance, hallway. Cosy lounge with beamed ceiling, feature fireplace and original wooden floorboards. Dining area. Next to the lounge is a modern, well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen a spiral staircase leads up to a spacious, light and airy bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. A connecting door leads to a small bedroom with a single bed. From the entrance level, stairs lead down to a another large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Also on this level is a small utility room.
