Ideally located in the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For the walkers and cyclists, you will be spoilt with countryside with the North York Moors National Park nearby. There is plenty in the area with something for everyone to enjoy, including Flamingo Land Resort, Castle Howard, an 18th century stately home with grounds, fountains, trails and lakes. Visit the city of York and enjoy some retail therapy or a bite to eat at one of the restaurants, explore York Minster, the variety of museums and Clifford s Tower, or visit one of the golf courses nearby. Head further afield to the East Coast, some of which is dog friendly and explore what the area has to offer. Heading inside this stylish and contemporary, yet characterful property, you will find the bright and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, which certainly provides the 'wow' factor! The stylish kitchen area is a great social space to prepare a meal for everyone, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer with large wooden table to relax and eat. The lounge area is the perfect space to relax after a long day, with comfy seating and Smart TV, where you can watch a film or admire the views through the floor to ceiling windows. Through the door to the entrance lobby are two ground floor bedrooms, to the left is a spacious king size bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers and to the right a twin bedroom also with clothes storage and TV. Completing the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with bath, shower and WC, perfect for a soak after a day walking. Head up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom, a king size with TV, Juliette balcony which provides views of the outdoor countryside and a beautiful en suite shower room and WC. Venturing outside through the bi folding doors you will find a gravelled area, and a patio with garden furniture, a perfect spot to dine alfresco and enjoy the countryside views. There is a large enclosed paddock so your four legged friends can run free. There is off road parking for two cars. Electric car charging is charged at 30 per week per car and is payable to the owner directly.
