Moving into the property, there is a well-furnished open-plan living space with a kitchen to gratify your self-catering requirements and a stylish wooden breakfast bar so you can gather to plan your day ahead, there is also a cheerful sitting area where you can keep your toes warm by the electric fire as you indulge in your favourite television shows. Making ground-floor living possible with a spacious walk-in shower, and two tastefully decorated double bedrooms to escape to at the end of a long day, both hosting storage so you can unpack your personal belongings. Nawton and Beadlam are both small villages adjoining each other, together they have a children's park, a fish and chip shop, two Indian restaurants, a hairdressers and a pub. A short drive away takes you to the market town of Helmsley, where there is a bustling market square, a walled garden with flower fields and vegetable patches, the ruins of a 12th century Tudor castle, a play area, an arts centre, an ice cream shop, a microbrewery, as well as cafés, bistros, pubs and restaurants to spoil you for choice when you feel like eating out. Also a short drive away is the North York Moors, where there is ample opportunity for walking, cycling, trail running, horse riding and the chance to spot some beautiful wildlife. Further afield is the cathedral city of York with it's long-standing minster, castle and the ancient city walls, as well as a idyllic streets packed with shops and popular tea rooms, running over the River Ouse.
