Seacot has direct beach access making perfect for kids and dogs and five comfortable bedrooms which can easily accommodate ten guests. Open plan living is the order of the day - the sitting room is a lovely sociable space to kick off your shoes and chill with a glass of wine and the well equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holiday catering needs. Outside, the enclosed garden with large decked area leads onto the sands, complete with garden furniture and barbeque for a spot of alfresco dining. Seacot has it all… style and location. A great option for larger families or friends looking for a coastal bolthole with all amenities close at hand.
Seacot is an ideal base exploring this beautiful area - visit the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. 3 miles north is the impressive Bamburgh Castle which  clings to a rocky outcrop, and it’s just 5 miles to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway). Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0,.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally.

Bedroom 3 : bunk beds.
Family bathroom : bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
First floor :
Master bedroom : double bed, access to balcony, sea views.
Family bathroom : bath with separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 4 : 5’ bed
Entertainment: Smart TV, WiFi, games, books, DVD player.
For families : cot (no cot linen provided), high chair,stair gate.
Outside: rear enclosed garden with large patio area. Gated access to the dunes and Beadnell Bay. Wooden garden furniture, charcoal barbecue
Parking: off street parking at the front for 3 cars.
General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Welcome pack. Initial supply of logs, kindling & matches for log burner October-Easter, electric heating.
Pets : Seacot welcomes a well behaved dogs @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property unless crated. The owner provides one medium size dog crate free of charge (please arrange for this on booking). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
Electric Car Charging: Electric vehicles are becoming increasingly common and we want to ensure they can be catered for wherever possible. This property does not have a suitable and safe place to charge vehicles, so it is recommended you check prior to booking. If you are keeping an electric vehicle at the Property, you must use designated charging points. Nearest points are Beadnell Car Park, Seahouses Station Car Park, Bamburgh Links Road Car Park and Adderstone Services, Belford.
