Amble is a real foodie s paradise and you can leave the car and walk to some great restaurants, with a choice of everything from excellent sea food, Italian, bistros, fantastic fish and chips to superb ice cream parlours. Browse the quirky retail pods next to the marina or stroll through the award wining High Street for local food, crafts and gifts to take home. Access to this third floor apartment is via the main door on the ground floor and you can take the stairs or use the lift. Inside the apartment, you can leave your shoes and coats in the hallway and you will immediately be drawn toward the open plan living area and the sea views from those lovely wide windows. The lounge has comfortable seating where you can relax back and take advantage of those views or, you can watch the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows. Spend time together enjoying a meal in as the cook has a lovely contemporary kitchen to work in with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a there is a washer/dryer should you need it. The dining table has seating for four. Leading off from the hallway, you will find the family bathroom which has a 'P' shaped bath with a shower over and WC. There are two bedrooms; the generous master bedroom has a super king size bed and a spacious wardrobe for your things. Dual aspect windows allow plenty of natural light in and this room has a beautifully presented en suite shower room with a walk in shower and WC. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. There is underfloor heating, as well as a thermostat in each of the bedrooms, the hallway and lounge which ensures this gorgeous apartment is warm and welcoming at any time of year. Outside on the balcony there is a patio table and chairs so you can enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine and spend time watching the nautical world go by and admiring the gorgeous views. There is private, off road parking available for up to two cars in the allocated space opposite the main building and you can store bikes in the under cover section here too if needed.
