The space
This beautiful new build apartment has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with it's own spacious fully equipped en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and has another bathroom directly opposite the room for guests to use.

The apartment itself is situated in the heart of the city centre, overlooking the high street. As you walk out of the apartment, you will be surrounded by all of Nottingham's trendiest bars and restaurants. There is also a Sainsbury's convenience store directly under the apartments, so great to get all of your groceries and any essentials you may need during your stay.

Nottingham's renowned market square is literally a 1 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

The apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most upmarket areas. It is the perfect location for family holidays, a couples weekend or business trip.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.
