-The kitchen-living-dining room leads onto a large patio which overlooks the River Windrush Water Meadows.
-One of the great pleasures of the apartment is the view from this room overlooking the meadows.
-Whilst just a short walk to the town centre, you can enjoy rural views of the water meadow and it's wildlife.
-Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Living room and dining area with dining table and comfortable leather sofas. There is also Now TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
-Spacious bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Wooden floors through the bedroom and corridor. Bathroom with bath and separate shower.
-There is are steps down to the property. This may be an issue if you have mobility issues.
-WiFi.
-Short walk to Witney town centre.
-Sorry no pets or smoking.
-Pub and shops within walking distance.
-Countryside walks.
-A large positive of the property is a great view out of the large patio windows of the water meadow. You may be visited by a herd of cows grazing twice a day which is very pleasant. -There is a small patio area overlooking the meadow which is bordered by a wall either side creating privacy from neighbours.
This apartment is located in Witney. Witney Lakes Golf Course and Thames Path National Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Crocodiles of the World and Cotswold Wildlife Park. Millets Falconry Centre and Millets Farm Centre are also worth visiting.
