The property is located on Crackwell Street, Tenby overlooking its iconic harbour. It sits firmly within the town walls meaning that the town centre and all its attractions are close by with bars, restaurants, shops and a choice of beaches within 350 meters. This is an excellent spot from which to relax and enjoy the town or get on your walking boots and hit the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with living areas and bedroom leading off. The open plan lounge, kitchen and diner enjoys fantastic views out of the French doors into the garden and overlooking the harbour. There is a comfortable sofa, which can be made into a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements, and a separate armchair to cosy up at the end of the day, watching the television or simply enjoying a glass of wine while watching the boats sail by in the harbour. There's a dining table for cosy suppers and board games in the dining area leading into the compact but fully functional kitchen. Back into the hallway, you will find the master bedroom down the corridor - a generous space with a double bed and ample storage space for two. The bedroom also enjoys access to the garden terrace via French doors. The bathroom benefits from a shower, basin and WC.
The garden terrace provides the real wow factor for this beautiful apartment. There's a generously proportioned patio terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ plus a separate lawn area. The garden enjoys uninterrupted views of town's famous harbour and Tenby North Beach to the left.
Please note: Parking available in nearest public car park 350m (local charges apply). Space to unload not always guaranteed, & every summer, the centre of Tenby is mainly a vehicle-free zone. The Walled Town is pedestrianised between 11am – 5.30pm each day from the 1st Monday in July to the 2nd Friday in September. During this period you may be unable to drive to your property if it is located within the Town Walls.
This apartment is located in Tenby. Tenby Golf Club and The Spa at Celtic Haven are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Tenby Beach. Ocean Commotion and Dinosaur Park are also worth visiting.
