Going upstairs you will find an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys stunning views over the mature orchards and beyond with a woodburner for cosy evenings in (first basket of logs included further can be purchased from the owner). The property has many character features which includes an apex ceiling with exposed beam ceilings and some exposed stone walls. Relax in the lounge area with your favourite book, or take time to watch your favourite TV (with firestick) programme. The kitchen area is well equipped and is perfect to try out some new family recipes it has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Venture outside from the bi folding doors in the lounge/kitchen/diner you will find yourself on the large enclosed balcony with fabulous views over the orchard and surrounding countryside and further shared lawn areas with seating. It is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or some alfresco dining with garden furniture. You are also welcome to use the mature orchard which leads down to a stream, the orchard is immediately in front of the property and is a perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the late summer evenings. There is also off road parking for 1 car approximately 50 yards from the property along a level path.
