The first floor includes a master bedroom with sea views, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Outside, there is a private patio area and an enclosed terraced garden with multiple levels for relaxation and outdoor dining. A parking permit is provided for one car along Quay Street.
