On the ground floor is a bright and spacious bedroom in grey and lilac with shuttered windows along the width of the room. Two single 3’ beds zip and link to become a 6’double. Built in storage units have shelves and hanging space and a door between leads to a smart contemporary en-suite shower room, which has a shower, WC and small hand basin.
The next bedroom in grey and pastel shades has two single beds, generous built-in storage with sliding doors, shelves and hanging space, a dressing table beneath a shuttered window and a large wall-mounted TV.
On this floor is a smart contemporary bathroom, with a bath (with overhead shower), hand basin and WC. A large cupboard holds a washing machine and separate dryer.
An inviting living area on the first floor has a sociable open-plan arrangement, with a living room at one end, a kitchen at the other and a dining area in-between. The attractive living area in greys, mauves and lively splashes of citrus colours is lit up by 2 pairs of full height French doors leading onto a narrow balconette with pretty wrought iron railings. There are a couple of sofas to comfortably seat 2 and 3, along with a couple of cute tub chairs. There is a wall mounted TV and a stylish sideboard holds a blue-ray DVD, Wi-Fi and a selection of films and books. The stylish dining area seats up to 8 on an extending glass table.
A large, bright, contemporary kitchen has light pouring in from two veluxes set in an overhead apex and a large window overlooking the tall Georgian terraces of Gt Pulteney St. The space is seamlessly fitted with glossy dove grey units and Corian worktops, with a lime-green glass cooker backsplash framing a large 4 ring induction hob. Mounted along a wall neatly lined with units from top to bottom, are 2 ovens (with the smaller oven functioning as grill and microwave), a large fridge with fresh box and small freezer compartment. There is a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard storage filled with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal.
On the top floor is a spacious master bedroom in grey and moss green, with a handsome upholstered 5’ double bed, fitted storage with drawers and hanging space and a dressing table with chair in an alcove. The window overlooks the mews buildings, The Rec, home to Bath RFC and the surrounding hills.
Another cosy double room under the eaves has a 4’6’’ double bed, a wardrobe and shelves.
Between them is a smart contemporary shower room, fully tiled in warm stone with a large walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.
There is a designated parking space right out front the property for 1 car. Alternatively the Bath Spa train and bus stations are about a ten minute walk away.
