The bedrooms have recently been refurbished, and the living areas feature open fires and wood stoves, providing comfort after a day of exploring. Withypool, a picturesque village with a friendly pub, shop, and tearoom, is just two miles away by car or a scenic one-mile walk along the River Barle.

Nearby attractions include Dunster Castle, the West Somerset Steam Railway, and sandy beaches in Minehead, Woolacombe, and Saunton. Brightworthy Farm is an ideal location for family holidays, offering fantastic walking, riding, and fishing opportunities in a stunningly beautiful area. The property features an entrance hall, sitting room with open fire, dining room with wood stove, kitchen with Aga, and five bedrooms on the first floor. Outside, guests can explore the surrounding private fields leading down to the River Barle for picnics, and stables are available upon request.

Included in the rental are bed linen, towels, logs, high chair, travel cot, electricity, and heating. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and horse stabling can be arranged. The property has a landline with an honesty box, but mobile reception is poor, and wifi speeds may be slow due to its rural location.
