The Space:
With stunning interiors throughout, Baslow Road has been recently renovated to the highest standard.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll be welcomed into the spacious and stylish living room which features cream walls and a flat screen Smart TV. The furnishings perfectly combine modern and traditional, with the grey sofas and glass dining table, along with the log burner create a really homely feel.
KITCHEN
Head just along from the living space and you’ll find yourself in the kitchen. The traditional, wooden kitchen units are contrasted perfectly with white coloured walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. All cookware and dishes are provided so you’ll have everything you need for your self-catering stay.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Head back to the living room and the stairs will take you up to two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The first bedroom is a tranquil haven. Plush grey carpets compliment the cream coloured walls. The comfy, king-sized bed is perfect after a long day exploring South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
The next bedroom is yet another modern space. Premium bedding and linen makes the king-sized bed even more comfortable so you’ll look forward to your sleep at Baslow Road.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a clean, bright space. The immaculately clean space has everything you need with a bath, a separate shower, a wash basin, and a WC.
GARDEN
Baslow Road has a secure private garden with plenty of space for you and your guests to relax outdoors and take in some fresh air.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Please note that the apartment can only be accessed via stairs. There is no lift at the property.
The Neighborhood:
A small Co-op convenience store is located directly across from the apartment. A well-stocked butcher is located around 100 yards up the road. Further shops and takeaways are located around 100 yards down the road on the opposite side. A large Tesco and Sainsburys are located around a mile away, off the A621.
A number of pubs are close by to Baslow Road. The Cricket Inn is highly recommended, especially on a sunny day. There are several coffee shops and restaurants which are easily accessible from Baslow Road, and you’ll find a number of country pubs if you head down the road into Derbyshire.
In terms of attractions and nearby sights, you’ll find Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Castleton and Eyam all within driving distance. Sheffield has a number of theatres, including the Lyceum, Crucible and Sheffield City Hall. Museums and galleries include the Millenium Gallery, Graves Gallery, Ruskin Gallery, Weston Park Museum, Kelham Island Industrial Museum, Bishops House, Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet and the Shepherds Wheel.
Getting Around:
Totley is on the outskirts of Sheffield and has great transport links into Sheffield via bus. Bus no.97 goes to the centre of Sheffield from the bus stop outside the apartment.
Dore train station is close by and has trains operating to Sheffield and Manchester.
This apartment is located in Sheffield. Beauchief Golf Course and Dore and Totley Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Sheffield Botanical Gardens and National Centre for Popular Music.
