- Smoking is allowed outside on the patio
- The cabin has its own gated entrance for parking

Located in Sutton Coldfield, this cabin is on a lake. Drayton Manor Theme Park and The Snow Dome are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Sutton Coldfield Mall and Corporation Street. Birmingham Greyhound Stadium Perry Barr and Birmingham Speedway are also worth visiting.
