This wonderfully stunning cottage is not far from Edinburgh, outside the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow. This three bedroom purpose built holiday home can comfortably accommodate six people, making it the perfect choice for a family or small party. Two of the three en-suite bedrooms include incredibly comfy king size beds, while one has been configured as a twin bedroom. One of the king sized double rooms is on the ground floor, which might be of interest. The rear view from the open-concept living room looks out over the garden and the nearby fields towards Linlithgow. After spending the day exploring and enjoying the surroundings, visitors will adore coming home in the evening, taking off their boots and unwinding in front of the incredibly toasty wood burner. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and the dining table comfortably seats six people. With top-of-the-line name-brand appliances, the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and has everything needed to prepare and enjoy a family meal.

The proximity to Junction 3 of the M9 Motorway and the excellent connections to Edinburgh make this location ideal.
