3 Trinity Street - A Cottage That Sleeps 6 Guests In 3 Bedrooms, Southwold

Suffolk. Sleeps up to 6

3 Trinity Street enjoys a fabulous location with everything on its doorstep – the High Street, beach and pub are just a few steps away.

This characterful and light-filled holiday home has a unique, but homely layout with the bulk of the accommodation being on the second and third floors, above one of the town's longest established independent gift shops, High Tide. The owners, who purchased the property in summer 2021 have lovingly furnished the home using interiors collections from local Scandinavian independent, Vanil, in Woodbridge and the work of local artists, to create an oasis of calm in every room.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome at 3 Trinity Street. With two of their own, the owners love Southwold for the opportunity to take long walks with the dogs followed by well-earned refreshments in one of the many local pubs. The utility room with adjoining shower room and WC on the ground floor is ideal for a hot shower or to dry the dogs on returning from the beach. This multi-purpose room is also perfect for storing beach equipment, golf clubs or bicycles.
The first floor offers a bright and well-equipped kitchen diner with large farmhouse dining table and chairs, perfect for a relaxed family dinner or leisurely breakfast. The adjoining lounge offers deep leather chairs and sofa to sink into after a day exploring Southwold and the surrounding area; it's also a fabulous spot to gaze out of the window and watch the world go by, being opposite Harris and James gelato and just a few steps from arguably the town's most famous pub, The Nelson. You'll also find a large family bathroom and comfortable double bedroom on this floor.

Upstairs on the second floor are two further comfortable bedrooms, one a spacious double and the second a flexible bedroom with pullout bed idea for two children.
