Beach Rocks is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant. Perfect for a family holiday or a seaside escape with friends.

Master bedroom : double bed, wardrobes, floor to ceiling windows with sea views. Windows have remote controlled blinds.
Ensuite: shower room with WC, wash hand basin and wet-room shower. 
Bedroom 2 : twin beds.
Bathroom : Japanese style bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Kitchen: high-gloss units and an island with a sink and induction hob, breakfast bar with stools, electric oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Dining table for 4. 


Lounge : sofa, armchair, TV with Sky-basic package,  floor to ceiling sliding doors with remote control blinds.

 
From the kitchen there are further floor to ceiling doors leading to a private courtyard area.


Entertainment : TV with Sky-basic package.
Outside : courtyard garden, barbeque, table and chairs for 4 and mood lighting.
For families :  not suitable for babies (children age 2 and under).
Parking : off road parking for 1 car. 
General : changeover day - Friday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 5 star rating.
