Canley House is a large 7-bedroom house located to the South West of the town centre close to the University of Warwick. This spacious property is ideal for contractors working in the area or large family groups and comes with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as free on-street parking. There are 4 bedrooms with a standard double bed and 3 bedrooms with a small double bed. Each bedroom comes with its' own desk and chair (for home-working) and ample storage space. 
Downstairs is a large open-plan kitchen and living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and 2 large fridge/freezers. The living area has a large comfortable couch, a 40-inch Smart HD TV with access to Netflix, and complimentary fast Wi-Fi. There is also a private back garden/patio area to enjoy during the warmer months. 
The spacious bedrooms are spread out across 3 floors along with 3 recently refurbished shower rooms. 
Free on-street parking is available for the duration of your stay. There is a regular bus service into the town and the surrounding areas. With a lock box outside the property there is easy access to allow yourselves in and out as you please during your stay.
