Northfield Farm is a beautiful newly renovated period property. It has many lovely original features now mixed with a modern twist. The ground floor has a large hallway leading firstly to a sitting room with open fire place this room can also be used as a bedroom as it has a sofa bed and work space. Opposite is lounge also with a sofa bed, work space & open fireplace, as you go further into the property there is a large L shaped room TV room with plenty of seating pool table/air hockey wall mounted electric fire leading to the patio outside. Opposite is a large utility with washer & dryer, iron & board, pet bowls and various other things that may be useful, this leads on to the ground floor bathroom, really useful after a relax in the hot tub. Carrying on through the utility to the luxurious kitchen diner, finished to an exceptional standard in slate gray with copper handles, this kitchen is an amazing space looking out over a 5 acre field and koi carp pool. The kitchen has a large island with stools at the breakfast bar and an additional dining table. At the rear of the house is a gorgeous conservatory looking out over the large garden, koi pool and patio.
The stairs then lead to the first floor where there are 4 large bedrooms 2 x doubles 1 x king, a bunk bed and huge master bathroom all finished to the highest standards.
There is a private hot tub in the garden, seating and a fire pit.
Bags of logs and firelighters can be purchased onsite, we can also offer the additional treat of marshmallows and skewers available on request.
The swimming pool is to be booked in slots as it is situated in the nextdoor front garden, it is in a building. The pool is heated all year round and there is also a hot tub in the pool house. Please message for time slots, these are available between 10am - 3pm daily.
We have additional fold out beds that can be placed wherever suits to help with children or guests with additional needs.

Located in Solihull, this farm stay is in a rural area. Stoneleigh Abbey and Middleton Hall are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Santai Spa and The Bear Grylls Adventure. Heart of England Events Centre and SkyDome Arena are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
