The Cottage is in the heart of Brighton’s famous North Laines, just a short walk from the main train station with public car parks nearby. The cottage is cosy and very peaceful, set away from the main roads and bustle of the streets; once you close the front door the peace and quiet ensues.
Going in through a small entrance area, you are then into the open plan living room and dining room, with double doors leading to a small private patio with table and seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with the window looking out onto the patio area. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two bedrooms, one with a fitted wardrobe and double bed, the other is for flexible sleeping arrangements and has a single bed with a pull-out section underneath to make a double. Both rooms are decorated to high standard and are the perfect spaces to rest after a long day exploring the vibrant city of Brighton.
This luxurious cottage is perfect for two guests looking for a peaceful place to stay. With everything that draws tourists into Brighton, which is within a comfortable walking distance of the cottage, this is an ideal place to base yourself. There is the seaside which is no more than a 10-minute walk away, and The Brighton Pavilion only 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the North Laines to explore and they are less than 2 minutes away. You will reach the main shopping centre, Churchill Square, within a 10-minute walk.
This cottage is ideal for exploring everything Brighton has to offer and there are good bus routes in Brighton if you want to explore the South Downs or take a day trip to Eastbourne or Worthing. The i360 tower is a great attraction for tourists, once the orb reaches the top of the tower you can see for miles on a bright day, you can even see the art that has been painted on the top of some of the buildings along the seafront, whilst the Sealife centre is opposite the pier. The pier has rides and arcades that will keep you occupied for hours. There is so much to do in the city of Brighton and Hove that you will be spoilt for choice.

Brighton Dome and Brighton Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South Downs Way and Volk’s Electric Railway. Brighton Pier and SEA LIFE Brighton are also worth visiting.
