Beautiful luxury accommodation for two, Little Barn is part of a larger flint barn, located just outside Chichester in the South Downs National Park. The property is a single story former farm building with high vaulted oak beamed ceilings and is thought to be several hundred years old. There are far reaching and uninterrupted views over the rolling Sussex Downs and big expansive skies to lift the spirits. Blissfully quiet; its a nature lovers paradise. Ideal for walking, horse riding, (stables 2 minutes away) mountain biking, cycling or sailing. In summer there are skylarks to see and hear along the Downs.

Little Barn is a self-contained property which offers you total privacy and security.
It has an independent entrance and its own private walled courtyard, via a large electrically operated gate. The walled courtyard is exclusively for guests with private parking for up to 2 cars. My husband and I live (very unobtrusively) in the next door part of the barn and have a separate entrance through the other gate.

The property’s decor is of an outstanding quality and is in a chic Scandi style. Think Hygge and you've got it! The well equipped kitchen and bathroom are of a very high spec. The light filled, spacious and welcoming sitting room is very comfortable with two large sofas and two armchairs, it has a 52" flatscreen smart TV with good wifi and a DVD player. There are beautiful views over rolling farmland from the french windows at the rear of the property. During the summer months there's an outside table and chairs for alfresco dinning in the private courtyard garden at the front and a beautiful self contained private garden at the back of the property which the French doors open onto..
