The Cottage at Nell House is a beautiful oak framed conversion sleeping 4 in two bedrooms. It is located on the edge of the small and peaceful country village of Hannington in the South Cotswolds where the counties of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire meet. The village has a "pub" within walking distance and is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds in your car. It is a 90 minute drive from Heathrow Airport.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen living area on the ground floor, with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, and a seating area including two sofas and large TV. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor as well as a toilet and shower room. The entire upstairs floor is an en-suite double bedroom with separate seating area, sofa and TV. The staircase is open to the ground floor.

The cottage sits in the landscaped grounds of Nell House, with a large decking area, gas BBQ, and outdoor seating for 4. It overlooks the lake and is surrounded by wildlife such as moorhens, ducks, fish and if you're lucky deer and a kingfisher.

There are extensive grounds including a croquet lawn and fields with farm animals.
