PLEASE NOTE:. There is a river running through the property and a pond so children are welcome but should be supervised at all time. There is a small flat and studio at the rear of the property in a separate Annex with its own access. It is occasionally used by various family members. They have their own private parking and do not use the garden that is solely used for Sykes guests and remains totally private for you.
