Secluded and beautiful private farm surrounded by 25 acres of woodland, fields and river. Watch horses with their foals in the fields, and see the squirrels play in trees from your bedroom windows. Relax in the private pool, enjoy a game of tennis or learn to play snooker. Ideal for families of up to 7 or a romantic break for couples. Wander around some 10 acres of fields and woodland or walk along the river's edge. All private and exclusive. Remember to bring your walking boots or wellies.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and looks onto our woodland and river. The second bedroom contains a king size bed, plus a small double / single bunk bed. Also looking onto our woodland and river.
The lounge is open space with a full kitchen and you can view the indoor pool through our large windows. All areas are on the same single floor, with the pool being 5 steps down.
The indoor pool has a full glass ceiling, so you can view the sky at night. There is a private courtyard / patio area which is connected by two different sets of patio door, with steps leading to our woodland, fields and river.
Private access and sole use of indoor heated pool, games room, tennis court, and walks around some 10 acres of fields, woodland and river edge.
Kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom all for private use by our guests. We will not use the pool or other facilities whilst you are here. We will only walk our dog in one of the fields about 4 times a day.
If you wish to enjoy a walk, we strongly recommend that you bring wellies or walking boots, as in parts the woodland path is slippy and steep. We also recommend a pair of slippers for the games room.
