Additionally, the underground station at Amersham is only a short distance away.
The interior design of this property was inspired by George Clark’s ’Amazing Spaces’, with the cottage being compact, quirky and containing features of the period, such as a luxury shower room’s low vaulted ceiling, alongside modern features. The downstairs living space, with underfloor heating can be adjusted to suit the visitors’ mood; be it relaxing in the comfortable armchairs, enjoying a good film or meal. The centrepiece of the downstairs living space is a bespoke handmade larder unit crafted by local tradesmen which houses a kitchenette, which when not in use takes the appearance of a traditional larder unit. A hand-made staircase with an open view aspect to the second floor, leads to a spacious bedroom. The bedroom has dual aspect windows and in addition to traditional and modern features there is a sitting-out area and a bespoke bed. The low vaulted ceiling in the shower room ensures maximum light, with two Velux windows and also blackout blinds. Little Willows has also gained a ’Green Award’. Shop 1/4 mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
