This unspoilt coastal village has its own local pub an excellent access footway and two beautiful sandy beaches making this an ideal spot for the family. Bottlenose dolphins can occasionally be seen from the shore! The coastal path is right on hand for those looking to stretch their legs amongst some of the stunning coastline. The cottage is well located for visits to the historic town of Cardigan with a restored castle range of shops and restaurants and the coastal resort of New Quay is just 10 miles offering water-sports and boating trips. For history lovers the Iron Age settlement at Castell Henllys is 12 miles away and is well worth a visit. Park up right outside the cottage walk through the front door and immediately feel at home in this warm and unique property. Enter the property into the spacious kitchen/diner with lovely high ceilings wooden beams stained glass windows and lots of natural light. An ideal spot to enjoy meals together with friends and family. Continue through to the intimate lounge which benefits from comfortable sofas and patio doors leading to the front of the property. Leading off the lounge is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor and a further double bedroom. Heading upstairs you will find a spacious double with additional sofa bed in the eaves of the property with small en-suite shower room and balcony with sea views. Stepping outside make the most of your patio area with furniture or the shared lawn space. An ideal spot to sit back relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere. There are also hot and cold showers available on site for when you return from the beach. There is also a communal enclosed paddock area available for guests to use perfect for exercising your dog. This is located just down the lane below the property (50-75 yards approx.).
