With the beach and harbour a very short walk from your door this is a great property to enjoy the best of Aberaeron. A simply delightful coastal town set against a backdrop of lovely boutique shops and eateries. The buildings coastal palette is unmistakable and makes this a colourful destination all year round. History lovers will delight at the beautifully restored National Trust Llanerchaeron House which is nearby. A must visit is the Cors Caron National Nature Reserve which is the home of many rare birds. Great days out in every direction with an abundance of beautiful beaches at Mwnt Tresaith Llangranog or New Quay with boat trips for dolphin spotting. The university town of Aberystwyth is close by. Enter the warm and welcoming lounge which has leather sofas and Smart TV there is a door though to a second lounge with TV which is ideal for children and teenagers. From the main lounge down one step is the kitchen/diner with large breakfast bar it is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob dishwasher fridge/freezer wine cooler and TV. This leads to the utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and microwave. There is a further door to a shower room with shower and WC. The stairs are accessed from the lounge and the stair case splits in two firstly to two bedrooms a spacious double and a twin. The second stairs lead to the master double bedroom and a bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Outside is a nice enclosed garden with lawn patio with furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is off-road parking for one car (an additional car can be parked in front of this on the roadside).
