There are a host of villages to visit such as New Quay, offering boat trips, water sports, sailing and surfing, and colourful Aberaeron is a short drive, with harbour, shops, restaurants and a fun pebble beach. There is lots to see and do for all ages with wonderful scenery right on your doorstep. Enter this fabulous, coastal retreat into the hallway and step through into the superb open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine with breath taking sea views. The bed in the single room is accessed via a small ladder. Outside there is a large enclosed garden overlooking the bay, this space has a patio and lawn and even its own spacious bar area, sit and relax well into the evening, watching the sun go down in the most sociable garden out there. Lots of easy seating and a charcoal BBQ make this area perfect for al fresco dining. There is off road parking for three cars with steps leading down to the property.
