This is a modern and spacious town house with secure parking available at your door. The complex is gated, with a main door entry access point. The front door opens into a generous white tiled foyer with coat rack, separate guest toilet and basin, and stairs up to the bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom with deluxe king-sized bed is on the first floor. Furnished with crisp white linen, soft grey throws and accent cushions. The room is flooded with natural daylight through the double Juliet door feature. There is a separate workspace. The second bedroom is a spacious and bright and has a double bed. This room has its own en-suite bathroom with free standing shower. The third bedroom has twin beds furnished with crisp white linen, throws and accent cushions. Natural daylight comes in through the Juliet door feature. A sofa bed is in the living space. There is a large family bathroom to accommodate everyone, with a bath and shower over the bath. The living space with its open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers all the home comforts you need and is fully equipped. Broadband, freshly laundered linen and towels are all included. This is held as a security deposit against any damage to the fabric or any fixtures and fittings of the apartment.
