The vestibule has a Victorian tiled floor flowing through into a large hallway, while the vicars study contains the vicars original desk and other religious artefacts and is now a useful study area. The living room is complete with a stripped wood floor, open fire and comfortable leather sofas with 55" wall mounted TV, Sonos sound system and views across the garden from the large bay windows. The spacious kitchen/dining room is a fabulous room for entertaining with a stripped wooden floor, complete with French doors leading out to the very large conservatory which overlooks the garden. The designer kitchen features a SMEG double oven range with six burners and a griddle hot plate, wine chiller and two dishwashers make cooking and meal times a dream. The central island has a wooden worktop and a double Belfast sink, all in all this a superb room for a special occasion or family gathering. The conservatory is designed in an orangery style and has additional sofas, chairs and table for summer dining. All in all, something rather special awaits you here at The Old Vicarage. It is perfect for family holidays and weekends away and is just a short walk down the country lane to the pretty little bay at Talland.
