Its sports facilities include a superb 18-hole golf course, tennis and squash courts, Splash leisure centre and ten pin bowling. Fishing is also available in the canal (some of the finest coarse fishing waters in the west) and sea fishing trips and crabbing can be arranged. The well-known Tree Inn at Stratton is 1½ miles.
